  • Custom / eCommerce Website Solutions: Tailored, advanced solutions for businesses needing complex features like shopping carts, payment gateways, and API integrations.

3. Payment Terms

  • All service pricing is listed on our website or provided through formal quotation.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required upfront before any project commences.

  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.

  • Softkline Technologies reserves the right to pause or terminate a project in case of delayed or non-payment.

4. Project Timelines and Delivery

  • We aim to deliver projects within the timelines discussed at the project’s outset. However, delays may occur due to revisions, external dependencies, or unforeseen events.

  • Significant changes to the project scope may result in revised timelines and additional charges.

  • Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and necessary inputs to prevent project delays.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (website, source code, assets) is transferred to the client.

  • Softkline Technologies retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or promotional materials.

  • All third-party software, plugins, and assets remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used under their applicable licenses.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Clients may cancel an order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided no work has commenced.

  • Once work has started, no refund will be issued for services already rendered.

  • For mid-project cancellations, payment is required for the portion of work completed up to that point. Details are available in our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we make every effort to deliver error-free, high-performing solutions, Softkline Technologies shall not be liable for:

    • Loss of data

    • Downtime due to hosting/server issues

    • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

8. Maintenance and Support

  • We provide 30 days of complimentary bug support following project delivery.

  • Ongoing updates, maintenance, or enhancements are available under separate maintenance agreements or at hourly/project rates listed on our website.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Changes to Terms

Softkline Technologies reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Samastipur, Bihar.
