At Softkline Technologies, we strive to provide innovative and high-quality digital solutions including web development, mobile apps, and software services tailored to meet our clients’ unique requirements. While we take utmost care in delivering value, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which such requests will be considered.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

a. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Clients can cancel their order within 24 hours of payment to receive a full refund, provided that no work has started.

b. No Work Initiated

If the project has not been started in any form—including consultations, documentation, design, or coding—you are entitled to a 100% refund.

c. Project Delays

If Softkline Technologies is unable to deliver the project within the agreed timeline, a refund for unfinished servicesmay be granted—excluding delays caused by client-side hold-ups, force majeure events, or third-party dependencies.


2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Project Work Started: Once work has commenced (design, development, planning, or discussions), that portion of the payment becomes non-refundable.

  • Completed & Accepted Projects: Projects that are completed and approved, either explicitly or through continued use, are not eligible for refunds.

  • Custom or Specialized Services: Custom solutions such as eCommerce platforms, integrations, or tailor-made modules are non-refundable once development begins.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not applicable if the client changes their mind or alters their project vision after the start of work.


3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be applicable in the following cases:

a. Mid-Project Termination by Client

If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be issued, calculated based on:

  • The scope of work already completed

  • Resources allocated

  • Irrecoverable third-party costs (if any)

b. Scope Change

If the project scope changes significantly and leads to cancellation, Softkline may offer a partial refund based on the original scope delivered up to that point.


4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Initiate Request:
    Email support@softkline.com with the subject “Refund Request.” Provide:

    • Your full name and contact details

    • Project name or reference number

    • Payment details

    • Reason for refund

  2. Internal Review:
    Your request will be reviewed within 7 business days. Additional details may be requested for clarification.

  3. Outcome & Refund Process:
    If approved, the refund will be credited within 14 business days via the original payment method. Note that your bank or payment gateway may require extra time to reflect the refund.

  4. Return policy is not applicable.

5. Special Cases and Exclusions

  • Discounted or Promotional Services: Refunds are not available for services purchased at discounted rates or as part of special offers, unless otherwise specified.

  • Third-Party Payments: Payments made through external gateways (e.g., PhonePe, PayU, Razorpay, UPI, wallets) may be subject to their processing fees and refund timelines.
